Need to return an item?

Please send back item(s) Via your choice of carrier. Make sure you can track your items sent back. Addy Skye Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. You have 14 days to return your item(s) back from the day you recieved them. All item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were sent. Unworn, unwashed merchandise. Addy Skye Boutique has the right to refuse a refund to any damaged or altered items. Fabric should be in original condition..including no odors. Once we recieve the returned item(s) and have inspected ...we will then issue a return. Your banking instuition may take 3-5 business days to get back to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you recieved a wrong item, missing item upon arrival of your merchandise you must claim within 7 business days from original invoice sent to your email you provided at checkout. We dont do exchanges because we cant guarantee that the item you purchased will remain in stock. Customer is responsible to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning.
